Use of this website

This website is provided for business-to-business information. Product images, descriptions and specifications are indicative; the binding specification for any order is the approved pre-production sample and the written order confirmation.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to raw material availability and currency movement. An order is confirmed only when Aviora Living issues a written proforma invoice or order acknowledgement and the agreed advance is received.

Sampling

Sample and courier charges are payable in advance and are usually adjusted against the first bulk order. Development samples remain our property unless otherwise agreed.

Quality and inspection

Goods are inspected to AQL 2.5 unless a stricter standard is agreed in writing. Handcrafted items carry natural variation in colour, grain and texture, which is not treated as a defect.

Intellectual property

Designs and artwork supplied by a buyer remain the buyer's property and are treated as confidential. Content on this website, including our own designs and photography, remains the property of Aviora Living.
